Nose congestion and ASD

I have a congested nose almost all year long and unless it is a runny and sneezy nose Claritin will not help it. I do not know what would help maybe Breath-right strips to help open up the nostrils. I do not know what causes it but I do find it to hurt my sleeping at times.
