My first bad Bully and ASD

A new kid moved in right behind our house when I turned 12 and their boy way 13 and he was the worst thing that could have ever happened to me. The moment the boy say me he new that I was disabled and would be easy to beat up and take advantage of.

he would trip me, push me, hit me, spit on me, ram my head into the ground. AND this was a daily experience for me for the second half of grade 6. I was terrified of going to school and more terrified trying to get home again.

My parents went to talk to his parents but his parents said it way me hurting him and not the other way around.

My parents went to the police and they said till their is serious injury caused they can not get in involved.

So my parents put the house up for sale and we moved away to a small island with ferry service to the city that we had just sold from.

  1. That is really terrible. There is nothing wrong with being different. In fact, I try to be different all of the time. It takes all types to make this world go round. There is a special place in hell for bullies. My son has already faced a lot of bullies and it breaks my heart. Zane is the kindest child and is so sweet and caring to everyone around him. I can't imagine why anyone would want to be mean to him.

    1. I was the same way very kind and sweet but some people just like to be mean and it is a shame because if they could just see the good in people they would be better off and they would have way more friends. I can only think that they are bullied them selves and are just venting but that is no excuse for their actions. Once I got to grade 9 I was pretty much left alone and only had one run in with this bully and he kicked me in the shins and ran away. That was the last time i was ever bullied and I am grateful that it ended so soon it could have gone on for years longer if he had wanted to.
