This is a blog of the life and time of Jeremy Tolmie a 30 year old male living with Autism. Every thing posted is out of life's lessons that I have learned over the years, The things that have worked and not worked in regard to what I have go through living with it.

Body temp and ASD
I have a real problem keeping warm I am always freezing and unless it is really warm out I will still be waring a sweater. I rarely sweat unless it is really hat out. I joke to my parents that I am cold blooded because it is so hard for me to keep warm. When I do get hot it is hard for me to cool down but that is a very rare occasion. I think it does mess with the internal temperatures. I have heard from others that they are usually over hot. I can not stay in the pool for more than 20min before my teeth start to chatter. I also have the problem of getting sun-stroked very easily too.
